Welcome from $teven Ra$pa, Associate Director of Community Events; Katie Hazard, Co-Lead, Central Arts Team; and Jeremy Crandell, Co-Lead, Central Arts Team $teven Ra$pa is an artist, arts advocate, pacifist, prankster, community organizer and long-time community events producer for Burning Man. Katie Hazard is a Project Manager in the Art Department, where she coordinates and organizes art processes and technology toward having the most awesome art possible at the Burning Man event. Jeremy Crandell is a co-lead of the Art Department, where he manages large-scale and technical art installations destined for Black Rock City. On playa, his teams include Art Support Services, Fire Art Safety Team, Eyes on Art and ARTery Operations, and he serves on the Event Operations Team.
