2007 archive release from the Art-Rock/Avant-Garde phenomenon known as Captain Beefheart & the Magic Band. This show was recorded live at Bickershaw Festival in 1972 during the band's tour to promote the Spotlight Kid. Future Clash star Joe Strummer was in the audience and he had gone on record claiming that this was the best concert he ever attended. Features a full biographical CD booklet of the show. 12 tracks including 'Grow Fins', 'Abba Zabba', 'Old Black Snake' and many more.

Rare archive film from numerous sources brings together the story of one of the great North West Festivals of the '70s. During the '70s there were only 2 great multi-day Greenfield music festivals with camping in North West England, Around 40,000 people attended and the festival inspired many audience members to pursue careers in the music industry. Feature tracks from : Donovan, Incredible String Band, Country Joe, Grateful Dead, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Captain Beefheart, Family, The Kinks, Captain Beyond and more.
